P/T Appliance Installer
Are you looking for flexible, part time work? We are looking to make room for a part-time appliance installer. We would love to talk to you if you have experience with appliance installation but it’s certainly not necessary for this position. We are willing to train anyone with the right attitude and core values of our business, Alexander & Bebout, Inc. We have been providing commercial and residential construction services to the Northwest Ohio area for nearly 60 years and are excited to continue to build our team to be able to grow into the future for many more years to come.
We are looking for dependable person to
- lift, load and safely deliver appliances
- Install common household appliances, including microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, gas and electric ranges, washers and dryers
- be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
- have a positive attitude and be a team player.
- be eager to work and able to work in a fast pace environment when needed to meet customer deadlines.
- be punctual, honest and able to take direction from leaders and management
- take initiative to do what needs to be done without being told.
- be able to work with minimal supervision and able to conduct yourself in a positive respectful and safe manner in our customer’s homes.
Position Qualifications:
- Company lift-gate truck provided for transportation to and from jobsites.
- You will have other people assisting you for heavy lifts
- Valid license with clean driving record
- Pass drug screen and background check.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials and tools preferred but not required.
- Experience hauling trailer and loading equipment preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
